After messaging them about my concerns they replied right away and I booked on line which was very easy. I was not let down. Dr Zokaie examined me and I was happy with his recommendation. I have now completed my treatment and will be going back for repeat treatments when needed. I highly recommend the clinic. Thank you for looking after me.

I was told to arrive 15 minute early but I was kept waiting for one full hour , when I finally was let in to see the doctor he said that my skin tag was NOT included in the treatment offer i got from Groupon , the Groupon offer clearly stated one skin tag included and 3x sessions !!
I asked the Doctor to use the 3x sessions to treat this skin tag (4 minutes job) he refused and he said he was cantto as the company is a business to make money
He also said the Groupon voucher will not be refunded because I didn't send photos before however thye have no problem accepting the booking without any photos
I was put on the spot to either lose £120 and my time waiting or pay £200 for 4 minutes job !!
after i left i discovered i was a victim of hard selling technics ,the doctor is actually one of the company directors ! he could have easily accepted my paid 3x sessions to cover this 4 minutes job
