Solicitors are supposed to give advice, but these ones do not, they only reply to 1 question if you ask multiple. Lorraine and Sean took ages to respond and they never answer your calls so the process was a lot longer than it needed to be and stressful. Would not recommend or use again. They didn’t even know who their clients were and the contract had to be changed multiple times and we had to keep on reminding them of important details and also tell them what to do when they are the Solicitors!

Do not use this firm if you are needing a solicitor to assist in a divorce. Please go elsewhere , I wish I could share how this firm has treated me since March 2020 and the nightmare continues. Months later divorce done but things which should have been sent to the court have not been sent. My emails remain unanswered as do those of my ex partners solicitor. Have lodged a complaint with the ombudsman. Really appalling service and not a good way to treat a human being. Adding mental anguish still full on due to this firm and lack of empathy

I notice the following reviews date from three years ago, and this firm is unrecognisable from my experience of it. The service was appallingly unprofessional: after I had paid his fee Jonathan Green did not respond to emails or phone messages. After six weeks he emailed with incorrect advice as he had clearly misremembered details from our meeting. He also never provided a letter in hard copy, which he had promised. Since then he has ignored my request to reduce or refund his fee. Likewise the senior partner, Sean White, has remained silent. Disgraceful service, and a waste of money.

Dealt with Courtyard Solicitors for the purchase of my flat 5 years ago and its sale more recently. Sean was friendly, professional and worked quickly when under pressure to close the deal due to my buyers' mortgage offer expiring. Value for money. Would recommend.

Over the past 18 months I have used Courtyard Solicitors for a number of legal issues including establishing a power of attorney for myself and other members of my family, writing my will and extending the lease on a leasehold property. The service I have received is excellent. Good communication and updates and good at simplifying legal language. Prompt action on all issues. Nice people to deal with and very sensitive when dealing with my elderly Mum. Would recommend.
