Carmella is a chain of delicious Persian Patisserie that offers a great selection of Iranian sweets and pastries. All the delicious hand-made cakes, gateaux and roulades are baked freshly on premises using only fresh and natural ingredients.
The chefs at Carmella Patisserie are well known for their talent in custom cake design and their ability to create a unique work of art specific to each individual customer’s request. As well as great selection of Persian pastries and roulades, you can find different range of Persian comestibles, seasoned nuts, dried fruits and Persian savouries. Carmella’s second Patisserie shop is situated in the heart of Ewell Road, Surbiton.

Disappointing.
It was so good two years ago but now it’s the second time in a row that I go and the pastries are in the same condition: STALE.
The cream has been absorbed by the sponge cake and made it pasty and hard. The cream at the top feels like play-doh as you can see in the video. And the fruit is old and tired. It’s saddening to see

What an amazing shop, the cakes are out of this world never tasted such a light creamy tasty cake in my life, would highly recommend!

I ordered my little girl 1st birthday cake at Carmella Surbiton branch . I easily sent a cake photo to what’s up for Mr Amir and I explained about colour, design and decoration on top of the cake .
Result was a very yummy cake more beautiful than I expected . So fresh , thin and very light cream same as I wanted . Full of banana and walnut in the middle.
