Ordered the lamb koobideh and Persian tea with baklava and it was amazing! Great food and great staff. Would highly reccomend sitting outside underneath the heated radiators, such a wholesome vibe especially during the colder months!

Food was tasty but staff were dishonest about the bill at the end. When we asked to pay up, the lady came back with the card machine and no receipt. The bill seemed rather high for what we thought we had ordered, so we asked to see the bill. After about 5mins of them writing it up, a man comes back with the receipt and card machine and it turns out to be £15 less than we were originally going to be charged! The man had no excuse and the lady just hid behind the counter and didn’t say anything… food was tasty, just such a let down they tried to mug us off. Last time we’ll be visiting there.

I just had lunch here. The printed menu said my bill should be £16 (no mention of adding a service charge) but I was charged £17.50. The prices online add up to £17 now.
I was given no paper bill.
All very annoying after quite nice food.
Might return but would be clear about prices at the outset.
Doogh is tasty.

I really wanted to love all the food I got as we had traveled from Lewisham to get there. So was very disappointed on the mediocrity of food, despite the very kind woman (manager?)
All the food I had was so bland: the smoked aubergine and the Fesenjan. But big portions so good value for the price, I guess? We got boxes for takeaway.
My husband had a chicken and saffron rice (which I wish mine came with rather than white basmati rice with some saffron rice sprinkled atop), with red berries sprinkled atop. He also got a side order of the yogurt and garlic sauce which was quite tasty. His verdict: nothing to write home about but good enough.
I ended up getting a side order of berries as well as mine was so bland (the Fesenjan sauce was practically flavourless).
My husband enjoyed the tea and baklava - it definitely doesn’t taste like the standard baklava which I enjoy more, as there’s more of a rosewater flavour.
Like I said, the server was so motherly I hate leaving a mediocre review. I’ve just had much tastier Persian food elsewhere.

The quality of the kebab was impressive. No salad 🥗 with the food except one tomato 🍅 & a slice of lemon 🍋. Maybe, we did not order any salad. However, I'm not complaining. Saffron rice 🌾 was flawless. I will return to this restaurant in the near future. But, not sure when…. Maybe in 3 years
Wanted to offer 5 stars, but changed my mind and I can only give two stars ⭐️ ⭐️ due to lack of customer service staff & an awful attitude of the customer service lady. She said she was the manager, but I expect a high standard from a restaurant manager! I could not truthfully offer more than 2 stars. She should change her behaviour or else, there won’t be any customers. Customer service is the primary pillar of every business.
