If you are a woman, I strongly advise against shopping at this establishment, as it demonstrates a concerning level of misogyny. The butchers here exhibit appalling customer service, and the quality of the meat they provide is consistently subpar. What’s particularly troubling is their apparent tendency to take advantage of female customers. Every time I have visited to purchase meat, I have been handed poor-quality cuts with an excessive amount of bone compared to meat. However, when my son shops here, the quality of the cuts is markedly better. While one could argue this is a coincidence, the pattern is too consistent to ignore.
It is deeply disheartening to witness a halal butcher—a business that should embody principles of fairness and honesty—treat its customers, especially women, in such a deceptive manner. A truly ethical business would ensure equal treatment for all customers, fostering loyalty and earning divine blessings for their integrity.
By contrast, I have experienced outstanding service and quality at the kosher deli in Hendon, where customers are treated with respect regardless of gender, age, or religion. The meat quality is impeccable, and the staff’s professionalism and kindness are evident in every interaction. It is my sincere hope that this halal butcher reflects on these shortcomings and strives to align their practices with the values of honesty, fairness, and kindness that Islam represents.

Dear store manager,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the customer service provided by an employee named ALI at your store location in Kingsbury. I visited your store and encountered an extremely unpleasant experience due to ALI's behavior.
I have always valued your store for its excellent customer service, and I was disappointed to find that ALI's actions fell far short of the standards I expect. I believe that employees who represent your business should be courteous, helpful, and respectful to all customers.
I hope you will take this complaint seriously and address the issue promptly. I would appreciate it if you would take appropriate action to ensure that ALI receives the necessary training or corrective measures to improve their customer service skills.
SIR all of your staff know me i am regular customer of your store just because of their kindness but from past few days this guy behavior is not appropriate.
Can you please personally look in to it.
And yes my friend ALI if you are this review please keep smile on your face.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Afghan Kochi

great store. Fresh and fresh fruit vegetables. Excellent products. Meat/cheese to sweets and baklava - everything is fresh and tasty. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere in the store is warm. when the market is more, there is always someone from the store to help with the purchases next to the car. and most importantly: 24/7 is the working time. Even if you are late for work - you can still shop. I recommend. My favorite store.

One of the largest grocery stores of a non chain supermarket I have found. Like supermarkets it has signs above each of around 8 aisles showing what is available.
Outside there are loads of fresh fruit, all nice looking, then inside, drinks, crisps, biscuits, more fruit and vegetables, tinned cabbage, noodles, meat counter, toothpaste, washing up liquid, baklava, chickpeas, coffee, cleaning products, bulgur and lots more.
