Booked for a flight by Turkish Airlines. Once I was notified that the airliner has changed the departure times, I requested that my flight with Turkish Airlines to be cancelled and instead book me on Qatar Airways. The staff were absolutely excellent and the task was carried out professionally. Very pleased with them and highly recommend them.
